Join us for a panel discussion about Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s Americanah, this semester’s selection for the MIT Reads program. Selected in collaboration with My Sister’s Keeper, Americanah is a story of love, race, and identity centered around a young man and woman from Nigeria.
Our panelists are:

- Nneka Dennie, Visiting Scholar, Women’s and Gender Studies
- Amah Edoh, Assistant Professor, Global Studies and Languages
- Helen Elaine Lee, Director of Women’s and Gender Studies
Doors open at 5pm for those who have pre-registered; others will be seated starting at 5:20pm, as space permits. Books will be available for purchase at the event, in addition to our ongoing options for obtaining your copy.
