Digital Humanities Workshops

Fall 2021 Sessions

The Digital Humanities Workshop provides a flexible, dynamic space for faculty and researchers to connect with one another about digital research and teaching topics. This semester will focus on innovative approaches to storytelling that combine archival methods and digital tools. Our Fall 2021 sessions are:

  • Thursday, October 7, 5:00 PM: Professor Christine Walley (Anthropology), on rethinking online archives through interactive documentary work in the Southeast Chicago Archive and Storytelling Project.
  • Thursday, November 4, 5:00 PM: Professor Craig Wilder (History), on the “MIT and Slavery” project
