Creative Dissent: Arts of the Arab Uprisings is open in the Wolk Gallery. The exhibition documents the art of the Arab uprisings since 2011.

Opening reception will be held on September 17, from 5:30-7pm. A lecture by the original curator, Dr. Christiane Gruber (University of Michigan), will follow at 7:30pm in the Long Lounge (7-429).  The exhibition runs through December 23, 2015 and is open to the public.

The exhibition is sponsored at MIT by MIT Museum, AKDC@MIT, AKPIA@MIT, SA+P, MIT Libraries, and our community partner, Center for Arabic Culture in Somerville.
