It’s finally here! In celebration of all things festive and winter, the Lewis Music Library has taken library staff suggestions and curated our 4th Annual Lewis Music Library Holiday Playlists!
Joni Mitchell fan? Donna Summer? Not aware that even Sabrina Carpenter has some holiday hits? There’s something new for everyone to discover and rediscover with hours of new releases and classics alike. Below are links to access the holiday pop playlist on both Apple Music and Spotify. These playlists are public and can easily be shared with friends.
We’ve also curated a second playlist of “classical” holiday favorites, available on Naxos Music, one of the library’s streaming media databases. This playlist offers more “traditional” seasonal arrangements from vocal ensembles, bands, chamber music groups, orchestras, and more. Perfect for a relaxing night by the fireplace with your favorite holiday beverage.

One of the great things we hear regularly about these playlists is how they introduce us all to new artists, genres, and cultural traditions we might not regularly engage or are familiar with. The diversity of music across the winter holidays is something we hope is cherished and celebrated. Please use these playlists to relax and find a bit of joy this holiday season.
