This probably means that you’re very new and we haven’t yet received your information in our daily loads from the MIT data warehouse. This situation is often resolved by the next data load. In the meantime, if you need help making requests or seeing what books you have checked out, or if you still can’t get access after more than a few days, please Ask Us or contact any of the MIT Libraries service desks.
If you’re a user with borrowing privileges but no Kerberos account (Borrowing Card, spouse/partner, etc.)
