MIT announced a new, extended winter break for Institute staff this year. MIT Libraries staffed services will be unavailable during the break, Thursday, December 24, 2020, through Sunday, January 3, 2021. Help via Ask us, shipping and scanning of physical items, and other remote assistance will resume on Monday, January 4. Please note that turnaround times may be longer than usual for requests of digital or physical materials from our collections. 

Access to electronic resources, such as ebooks, journals, databases, and streaming video and audio, will remain available through the break. For the latest information on currently available library services, please see our Service Updates page.
