Contact your department\u2019s IT or IS&amp;T if you need assistance. We\u2019ll email you to confirm access and the successful transfer of your digital files.<\/p>\n<h3>A computer and you\u2019re donating 2GB or less<\/h3>\n<p>Transfer using the <a href=\"https:\/\/arcsubmit.mit.edu\/att\/\">Digital Transfer Tool<\/a>. We\u2019ll email you to confirm the successful transfer of your digital files.<\/p>\n<h3>A computer and you\u2019re donating 2GB or more (four options)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Use the DART tool to transfer the files according to these <a href=\"https:\/\/wikis.mit.edu\/confluence\/display\/ARCHIVESPROCESSING\/Sending+digital+material#Sendingdigitalmaterial-DART\">instructions for using DART<\/a>. If you are not able to open or use the linked page, please contact <a href=\"mailto:ddc-offers@mit.edu\">ddc-offers@mit.edu<\/a> for assistance<\/li>\n<li>Make a copy and deliver it to us. Copy the digital files to an external hard drive or USB drive and email <a href=\"mailto:ddc-offers@mit.edu\">ddc-offers@mit.edu<\/a> to tell us when you\u2019ll deliver the files to the DDC Reading Room (14N-118). Be sure to specify the operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux) the files are formatted in.<\/li>\n<li>You come to us \u2013 bring your laptop to the reading room in 14N-118 and we\u2019ll transfer the files directly from your machine.
