Conference Program<\/p><\/div>\n

AKDC Program Head and Archnet Content Manager Michael Toler<\/a> will present the on the collections and activities of the Aga Khan Documentation Center, MIT Libraries (AKDC@MIT), Saturday, October 12, at 9 am, in Auditorium of the Qatar National Library<\/a> (QNL), Doha, Qatar<\/a>. Toler’s presentation, “Gulf Architecture in the Archives of the Aga Khan DocumentationCenter, MIT Libraries: Stories and Lessons,” in a Keynote of the Gulf Architecture Conference and Exhibition, <\/a>organized by the QNL in collaboration with Liverpool University\u2019s School of Architecture<\/a>, Qatar University\u2019s Department of Architecture and Urban Planning<\/a>, and Ibrahim Jaidah<\/a>, CEO and Chief Architect, Arab Engineering Bureau<\/a>.<\/p>\n

AKDC@MIT last collaborated with ArCHIAM<\/a>, the Centre for the Study of Architecture and Cultural Heritage of India, Arabia and the Maghreb, now based in Liverpool, on the exhibit Architecture on the Fringes: Oman<\/a>, displayed in Rotch Library in conjunction with the AKPIA<\/a> conference New Frontiers in Gulf Urbanism<\/a>, March 11-12, 2016.<\/p>\n
