ILB ILLiad System Outages
#1: 8:30 am on Monday October 26 to 8:30AM on Thursday, October 29th.
| What's out? |
Creating new accounts in the Interlibrary Borrowing (ILB) request system, ILLiad:
- This interruption only applies to members of the MIT community who do not already have ILLiad accounts.
- New ILLiad accounts cannot be created between October 26 and October 28.
- Members of the MIT community who already have ILLiad accounts can continue to make new requests, track the status of requests online via ILLiad, download PDF files, and request renewals.

For planned migration of ILLiad accounts to MIT's Touchstone

What can't I do during the outage? |
- Create a new ILLiad account
- Make new requests (if you haven't created an ILLiad account before October 26)
- Track the status of your requests online (if you haven't created an ILLiad account before October 26)
- Download PDF copies of articles (if you haven't created an ILLiad account before October 26)
- Request renewals (if you haven't created an ILLiad account before October 26)

- Inquire about the status of an ILB request by
entering your question in the Ask ILB Form MIT
