Borrow Direct

MIT is a member of the Borrow Direct partnership, a cooperative association of 9 academic and research libraries in the eastern U.S. Many MIT community members, including current faculty, students, staff, postdocs and researchers, are eligible to use Borrow Direct.

Borrow Direct is a rapid, patron-initiated borrowing service that allows eligible MIT community members to request books and accompanying materials from select Borrow Direct libraries using MIT’s WorldCat.
