MIT faculty: share your musical tastes and send us a playlist!

MIT faculty: would you like to provide a playlist to be included on the Lewis Music Library’s circulating iPods?

The library has 5 iPods which circulate overnight (due the next day at closing) so that MIT students, faculty and staff can explore more than 800 sample tracks from the library’s newly received CDs. Short playlists highlighting favorite discs in the collection have been created by library staff. Faculty are welcome to participate and share their musical taste with the MIT community. Give us your list; we’ll look up the CDs and add the selections.

  • Playlists may contain up to 10 tracks from the Lewis Music Library’s CD collection
  • Tracks must be no more than 10 minutes long
  • Each playlist will be named for its contributor

Download a pdf version of the playlist form or pick one up at the Lewis Music Library circulation desk. Fill it out and return it to the library at 14E-109.
