The Center for Arabic Culture (CAC) and the Aga Khan Documentation Center at MIT are co-sponsoring a screening of We Are Egypt: The Story Behind the Revolution at the CAC in Somerville, MA. The screening will begin at 6:30 pm and will be followed by a discussion with the film’s director/producer, Lillie Paquette. There will be a reception with light refreshments.
We Are Egypt: The Story Behind the Revolution is the first in a series of film screenings being held at CAC in conjunction the AKDC curated exhibition, Creative Dissent: Arts of the Arab Uprisings, currently on view at the Wolk Gallery, MIT. The exhibition runs through December 23, 2015.
