This service is free to MIT faculty, staff and students. The Library Storage Annex will deliver PDFs of 50 pages or less. Delivery is limited to 6 items per person, per day.

How
do I request PDF delivery from the Annex?
- Search the Barton catalog for the item you'd like to request. (If you need help searching the catalog, see the Barton Basics self-help guide.)
- Once you've located the item, click on the Request PDF button.

- If an electronic version is already available online for the volume/year you need, click on the full text link to go to the web site of the online title.

- For any years not available online, click on the MIT article delivery via ILLiad link.

- Sign in via Touchstone@MIT. (New to ILLiad? You'll be asked to confirm your pickup location for loans and personal info the first time you use ILLiad.)
- The request form for PDF delivery from the Library Storage Annex will open.
- Complete required fields and supply any other information pertinent to your request.
- Click the Submit Request button.
How
do I download Annex articles from ILLiad? |

- When you receive an email notification that your article is ready to download, log on to ILLiad.
- From the Download PDF articles menu, click the View icon to download your article. The Active Requests menu lists pending requests and their status.

What if I forget my ILLiad username and password ? |
