About this form

The Library Storage Annex houses many of the lesser-used materials in the MIT Libraries. Use the form on this page to have Annex-owned material delivered to any MIT Library Circulation Desk.

Please limit your request to 6 volumes per person per day. If you need more than 6 volumes you may arrange to use the material at the Annex by calling 617.253.7040.
Materials housed in the Annex ("Stacks" or "Journal") are normally delivered within 24 hours or less. Most requests made before noon will be available after 3 pm the same day. Requests made after noon will be available after 3 pm the next day (Monday - Friday only).
Materials housed in the Off Campus Collection may take up to 2 working days for delivery.
If you wish, you may call the destination library to verify that your item has arrived.

Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Incomplete citations may lead to delays in filling your request because of the time needed for staff to search for the complete information. Thank you!
