After nearly 6 years as the MIT Physics Librarian, Jennifer Harter will be leaving MIT at the end of December to work as a reference librarian in the Morse Institute Library in Natick, Massachusetts. Thanks to all of you for the interactions we’ve had over the years!

The list of new physics books is now automatically generated by the Barton library catalog, so as soon as a book becomes available in the Libraries, you will see it on the list. If you’d like to be automatically notified of new books in physics or any other subject, read on for more info about our RSS feeds.
We have RSS feeds for all different subjects -- you can even find out about new music CDs and DVDs. Don't know what RSS is or how to use it? No problem - you can simply view new items via the link above. You can also have lists of new items emailed to you on a regular basis.

eprintweb is a new interface for the content of arXiv.org, featuring enhanced navigation, searching, personalization and presentation.
