the MIT Libraries' Catalog, and are shelved with the general
Dewey collection.
In
addition, Dewey has a historical collection of over 55,000 pamphlets,
reprints, and labor union materials. The Pamphlet Collection
is housed in two areas: items acquired 1964-1987 are located
in the basement journals area. Items acquired 1938-1963 are in
a closed-access area and may be requested at the service desk.
Pre-1964 materials do not circulate and must be used in the library.
A card catalog located on the second floor contains author and

if you need assistance in using the Catalog.
