BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Frederick Johnstone Adams, B.Arch. 1928, Columbia University, was a city planner and professor of city planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Department of Architecture and the Department of City and Regional Planning, 1932-1964. He helped establish the City and Regional Planning Program at MIT and was later head of the department, 1944-1957.
