Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Last minute cancellations will be charged a minimum 4-hours labor. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policy.

NOTE: At AMPS we focus on video recording and video conferencing in the classrooms. However many Institute rooms also have integrated AV systems that are managed by MIT A/V. If you are having an event that will need support of the audio/visual system, please contact MIT A/V to schedule a technician in addition to AMPS for recording your event.
