Desktop Support Group | Production Services Group

Our mission is to provide for the Libraries’ technology needs by

• supporting hardware and software deployed throughout the Libraries for use by staff and patrons
• providing technology training
• advising staff on potential uses of technology in support of their work
• tracking emerging technologies
• communicating and collaborating with MIT’s Information Systems.

The Desktop Support Group

• provides technical support to library staff
